Cuisine Solutions utilizes a unique cooking method called “Sous-Vide”. This cooking method ensures product safety and an enhanced shelf life of up to 18 months for our protein items. The sealed pouch design minimizes food handling. Our exceptional food offers ultimate convenience, improves food security, reduces food waste, controls labor costs and is available to Army Installations, Navy Ships and Air Force bases.
